Learning and Engagement with Worcester Cathedral and the Tudor House Museum
New for 2024!
We are now offering a joint visit option for schools and home educators.
Your group will be split between the Cathedral and the Tudor house museum, swapping part way through the day, taking a short 5 minute walk (accompanied by a Cathedral or Tudor house volunteer) to complete the day's programme of workshops.
The day will include 4 workshops:
Cathedral workshops will include a tour of the Cathedral and either a workshop on Arthur, Prince of Wales or the six wives of Henry VIII
Tudor House workshops will include a Tudor costume workshop and a choice of either Wool and Weaving, Pleasures and Pastimes, Building Investigators or Quills & Ink.
The workshops run from 10am until 2:15pm. Lunch is taken as a whole group in the Cathedral's Undercroft Learning Centre. Coach drop off is available near the Cathedral in King Street.
Cost is £6 per student and includes both venues.
