We are proud of the people who work for us at the Cathedral and have a very good level of staff retention, which means we don't often have vacancies. However, we do want to attract the best people to our jobs and take the process of recruitment seriously. We are also keen to ensure that Safeguarding is a top priority and will follow the Diocese of Worcester's Safe Recruitment policy and processes.
Vacancies will be advertised on this page for jobs at Worcester Cathedral and our associated Almshouse St Oswald's Hospital. We commit to advertising all our roles on this page. If there are no current vacancies that match your requirements at this time, please do keep checking.
For each vacancy we will include a Job Description and Person Specification, which details the expectations for each role.

Vacancy | Independent Chair of the Cathedral Safeguarding Committee
We are currently seeking to appoint an Independent Chair of the Cathedral Safeguarding Committee to provide a voice on safeguarding matters at the Cathedral.
