Green Travel: Cheaper, Better, Easier

Join Councillor Matt Jenkins for a common-sense session aimed at how to travel greener in the light of the cost-of-living and energy crisis.
We will look at the relative impact and costs of different modes of transports, options and solutions, including the use of electric bikes, cars – for hire or sharing, walking, public transport, and holidays abroad. Many people are just not aware of how well electric cars, bikes and vehicles perform and the session will include the chance to try out electric bikes around College Green.

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund as part of its ‘Together for our Planet’ initiative, the events are free to attend.
