The Chapter
The Chapter oversees the day-to-day life of the cathedral and the staff appointed by them. It is responsible for the strategic direction of the cathedral's mission and ministry and monitors the results.

Canon Byrne has the dual role of Residentiary Canon of the Cathedral and Diocesan Director of Ordinands, as well as continuing her work as the Dean of Women's Ministry for the Diocese of Worcester

The Cathedral Council
This is the key advisory body, established to support the work of the Chapter. It provides a sounding board as well as expert guidance to assist the Chapter in its decisions. It has the informal role of watchdog ensuring that the cathedral fulfils its legal responsibilities.

The College of Canons
This body brings opinion and questions from across Worcestershire and the Metropolitan District of Dudley. It also enables open communication between the cathedral and the diocese.

The Cathedral Community Committee
This committee is chaired by the Dean and made up of representatives from all the different cathedral groups. It brings opinions, suggestions and questions to the Chapter from the membership of the cathedral.
